“There is an unseen life that dreams us;
It knows our true direction and destiny.
We can trust ourselves more than we realize,
And we have no fear of change.”
— John O’Donohue

DREAMTIME.

Co-facilitated by Matthew Smith, LMHC and Graham Murtaugh, LMHC, Dreamtime is a collaborative approach to dreamwork creates an intentional space for a small group of dreamers to explore the wisdom, symbolism, and language of a dream in waking life. The group element is an essential part of tending to the dream, creating space for feedback, imagination, and intuition to guide dreamers into deeper knowing and self awareness.

What will I experience during Dreamtime?
Each dreamtime session includes a grounding centering practice and and for two dreamers to offer and explore a dream (with a facilitator and the group) before closing the experience.

Each week you will receive an email update with a simple practice to support and augment your dream practices between sessions.

What will I take away from Dreamtime?
Through Dreamtime you will have the opportunity to:

  • develop skills to work with dream content through embodied practice;

  • practice being a witness to your own and others’ dreams;

  • gain access to inner clarity and creative alignment; and

  • enjoy greater self awareness and support from tending to dream imagery

How big will the group be?
Space is limited to 4 participants in order to create a intimate container and provide each dreamer with two opportunities to present dream content over the course of the group.

Will I earn CEU’S from this group?
Dreamtime does not provide CEUs; this offering is designed for personal enrichment.
